Individual Coaching
These sessions are 60 – 90 minutes long and include experiential learning activities with one or more horses that are facilitated by an Equine Guided Educator. This is an opportunity to explore personal or professional issues with individual attention from both horse and facilitator.
These sessions can help:
- bring clarity,
- build self-confidence,
- identify blocking beliefs,
- spark forward momentum
Clients can use the time to practice::
- staying centered and present,
- communicating clearly,
- setting boundaries
